De-escalation Class

Learn how to use "Pro-active Communication Skills" to minimize confrontation in the modern world involving persons making threats or are in crisis. This class is extremly beneficial but not limited to teachers, retail workers, legally armed citizens, healthcare workers, church ushers, waiters and social workers. Your instructor (Law Enforcement Officer, Brian Buchanan) will review how to recognize danger cues and ways to diffuse confrontation. This class will not shoot guns. Cancellation Policy: No refunds should you not attend the class. If there is opportunity to fit you in a future class, we will do our best but cannot guarantee a spot. Payment for this class may only be used toward the class you register for and may only be transferred one time, if available. Payment cannot be used on merchandise or as store credit at Mayday as payment is for Instructor fees.
